GA-APPNA held an extremely successful Health Fair at one of the local mosques in Atlanta. We had excellent turnout with about 325 patients seen from 10 am to 2 pm.

130 flu vaccines  were administered, 125 free lipid panels were done and COVID vaccines were administered. Our volunteers worked tirelessly to get vitals, BMI and blood glucose checks. All primary care physicians and specialists provided invaluable service to the community. Free EKGs and free eye exams were done on patients referred by our PCPs.

We collaborated with the administration of Masjid Omar bin Abdul Aziz, ICNA Relief, Morehouse School of Medicine, ANIZ, Inc and Emory Urban Health Initiative.
