Day 1 – Friday, March 03, 2023: Hanoi arrival
Arrive at Hanoi airport and transfer to the hotel for check-in (Check-in time is 2:00 PM). Rest of the day free at leisure.
Evening: Welcome dinner at the hotel with a traditional music.

Day 2 – Saturday, March 04, 2023: Hanoi City tour
Breakfast at the hotel.
9.00am, meet tour guide and driver at hotel lobby, travel to the Ethnology museum, widely acknowledged as the best in the country. It has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority peoples. As well as the comprehensive array of exhibits inside, there are also traditional tribal houses reconstructed within the ground. Then you visit Temple of Literature which was dedicated to Confucius as well as the first University of Vietnam, dating back to 1070.
Lunch box. After lunch, travel to the Old Quarter area of Hanoi. Where you have a half an hour walking tour. Then enjoy a water puppet show at Thang Long Water Puppet theatre for 45 minutes.
After show visit Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake: The Ngoc Son temple is set on a tiny island on the Hoan Kiem Lake, its history dating back to the 13th century. The temple is reached by crossing the The Huc Bridge which literally means the ‘Place Touched by Morning Sunbeams’. Hoan Kiem Lake is the local point of the city and the source of many legends.
Dinner at local buffet restaurant with multiple cuisines focusing on Vietnamese food with local dance and music performance.

Day 3 – Sunday, March 05, 2023: Hoa Lu – Trang An
8.00AM: Travel to Hoa Lu. Along the way, stop-over for photos and refreshment while enjoying rural stunning scenery. Arrive in Hoa Lu which is the former capital of Vietnam (968 – 1009) under Dinh and Le dynasties. Visit Dinh temple, Le temples and surroundings. Lunch is served at a local restaurant.
After lunch, take an amazing boat trip to visit Trang An grottoes which is a gathering of 31 valleys, 50 cross-water caves, and home to 600 kinds of flora and over 200 kinds of fauna, many of them in the red book of Vietnam. While rowing through Trang An grottoes in the quiet, fresh air of the highlands, with only the sound of birds and the oars stirring the clear water and surrounded by magnificent forested mountains upon which graze white goats, visitors enjoy a heaven on earth.
Drive back to Hanoi. Expected time to return to Hanoi around 18.30

Day 4 – Monday, March 6, 2023: Tuan Chau – Halong bay – Lan ha Bay: overnight on board
09.00: our guide and driver pick up and leave Hanoi to Tuan Chau Marina
12:30 Board the The Au Co and head to the restaurant for a safety briefing. Enjoy the welcome drink while meeting the Cruise Manager and the crew.
13:00 Try an assortment of Vietnamese dishes during lunch as the The Au Co cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Trong Mai Islet, Ngon Tay Islet, Con Coc Islet, and Cua Van Floating Culture Center. 15:00 Take a swim or hike on Titov Island.
15:30 Kayak or take bamboo boat around Luon lagoon
17:00 Return to The Au Co and freshen up for the evening’s activities. Don’t miss out on the stunning view of sunset over the enchanting Halong Bay from the sundeck of the boat.
19:00 Savor the delicious dinner in the restaurant.
21:00 Free time to enjoy a drink at the bar or stargaze on the sundeck

Day 5 – Tuesday, March 07, 2023: Lan Ha Bay – Tuan Chau Port – Hanoi – Fly To Ho Chi Minh
06:15 rejuvenate the body and mind with a refreshing Tai Chi lesson during sunrise on the sundeck as complimentary tea and coffee is served.
07:00 A light breakfast is served in the restaurant while The Au Co cruises towards the center of Halong Bay. 07:45 Explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave inside Halong Bay with 10,000 square meters of space hold thousands of stalactites and stalagmites and are threaded by a 500-meter paved passageway. 08:45 Return to The Au Co.
09:00 Pack your luggage and ready to check out.
09:30 Enjoy the brunch menu as The Au Co cruises back to the port, passing Lom Bo Island, Trong Mai Islet and Ba Hang Fishermen Village
10:30 – 11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina where the bus waits and return to Hanoi airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh.
Flight departure around 3:00 PM; arrive in Ho Chi Minh around 5:00 PM and hotel around 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh.
Cocktail Reception at hotel after check-in.
After dinner visit to night market.

Day 6 – Wednesday, March 08, 2023: Ho Chi Minh City Tour
Breakfast is at the hotel.
8:00 we will meet the driver and guide at the hotel lobby. We will visit Notre Dame Cathedral, it was built between 1877 and 1883. This is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture. Nearby is the Old Post Office that is another example of French colonial architecture and is also the country’s largest post office.
Then, we move on to see the Reunification Palace. This is one of the most important buildings in the city. Here on April 30th 1975 the ‘American War’ officially ended when tank number 843 of the North Vietnamese Army crashed through the gates of what was, at the time, the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam.
Continue on to Chinatown, Thien Hau pagodas, which is dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea. Explore the highlights of this fascinating area, beginning with intricate friezes, carved tableau and impressive incense coils make for some great photos. Then observe street life through the narrow streets to Binh Tay market that sells everything from clothes to dried squid.
Have Lunch at a local restaurant, then continue to visit War Remnants Museum where there is a vast display of the Indochina wars. In the courtyard massive military vehicles are for exhibition as well as tiger cages for the visitor to get a feel on how it was to be a prisoner during wartime. In the museum building itself, each floor will represent a separate theme from the war and the war crimes committed towards the Vietnamese people. We end the city tour with Ben Thanh market where anything and everything is for sale. Then you are transferred back to your hotel. Have dinner at the local restaurant, and free time at leisure.

Day 7 – Thursday, March 09, 2023: Cu Chi Tunnel
Breakfast is at the hotel.
9.00 AM: Meet your tour guide and driver at the hotel lobby, depart to Cu Chi tunnels.
We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels where the Vietnamese could escape bombings, hide from enemy, and mount surprise attacks. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers.
After that we transfer to a local restaurant for lunch.
After lunch, we head back to Ho Chi Minh city for free time and shopping.
18.00 we continue the trip to enjoy A O show (We take private zone seats for the group). After the show we will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Then transfer back to the hotel to relax.

Day 8 – Friday, March 10, 2023: Flight To Siem Reap
Breakfast is at the hotel.
Transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for a flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel in Siem Reap check in. Lunch, then start your visit to Tonle sap where we will enjoy a boat ride (private boat and guide) on the Tonle Sap lake. This is the largest permanent fresh-water lake in South East Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. We will see a fishermen’s “floating village” with floatting schools, floatting police station, etc. It is same as a big village floatting on the lake, and the “village” move from place to place following water levels and currant.

Day 9 – Saturday, March 11, 2023: Siem Reap Angkor tour
Breakfast is at hotel:
09.00am. Start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple and the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man’s creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature.
Spend evening in famous night market of Siem Reap and explore local cusine / dinner on own.
