Purpose

The APPNA Gold Medal represents the highest honor bestowed by the Association. It is awarded to a member who has demonstrated outstanding and exceptional service in advancing the mission, values, and goals of APPNA.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • The nominee must have been an active member of APPNA for a minimum of ten (10) years.
  • The medal recognizes exemplary contributions that advance APPNA’s mission, enhance its reputation, strengthen organizational performance, and/or provide significant benefit to the APPNA membership.
  • Current APPNA officers, members of the Board of Directors, and members of the Awards Committee are not eligible for consideration.
