We hope you and your families are doing well and staying safe during these tough times. After great deliberation, due to COVID-19 epidemic and in keeping with social distancing measures in place to minimize risk to everyone’s health, the Executive Committee has decided that prudence is the better part of valor and we are regretfully cancelling APPNA Summer Convention July 2-5, 2020 in Washington DC. It is a huge disappointment to all of us but your health comes first. Even though we expect to see an improvement in coming weeks, Insha Allah; it will be difficult to hold a meeting of this magnitude with social distancing guidelines in place.
We will be refunding the money paid by you. Your credit card processing fees will not be refunded as they are charged by bank/ 3rd party processing company. We will be able to refund by check only for exhibitors in United States. International Exhibitors will be able to receive their refund by check, bank transfer, or wire transfer.
