GOLD MEDAL 2021
Dr Sajid Chaudhry is an infectious specialist practicing in central Florida .He is a graduate of Allam Iqbal Medical College .
He is a life time member of APPNA ,He started his services from AIC where he was secretary in 2003 and president in 2004.He also was their member of BOT and Executive Director.
He started serving APPNA from 2003 .He was the founding member of young physicians task force in 2003.
He has chaired almost every committee of APPNA since 2004 becoming its secretary in 2008 and its president in 2017.
He also is the chair of internal medicine of Osceola reginal medical center in Kissimmee Fl
His work as a chair of Covid 19 task force will always be remembered in the future in any APPNA QISA .He worked day and night during the pandemic in spite of serious illness of his wife Late DR Rubina Inayat .who passed away during the pandemic.
His contribution to local community are as many as in APPNA.
Founding member and past president association of Pakistani Americans of central Florida.
Advisory board member of Mercy foundation of Florida
Established free health clinics and APPNA/Dr Rubina Inayat memorial food pantry.
Raised funds for Imran Khan cancer hospital ,for Islamic relief and , for HDF
Dr Sajid Chaudhry due to his tremendous services to APPNA was awarded the most prestigious award Gold medal of year 2021.

Humanitarian Award 2021
Dr Umar Farooq was awarded the humanitarian award of APPNA.
Dr Farooq practices internal medicine in Bensalem PA. He is affiliated with many residency programs as head of the out patient clinics and supervisory teaching physician.
His mission is to build a community that is healthy and informed. He emphasizes these three goals Education ,community service and civic engagement.
Dr Farooq has a very structured externship observer ship program where he mentors and guides Foreign medical graduates and students to get residencies in USA.
He usually have 30-40 externs every year .He is honored and humbled that 29 of his externs have matched across USA in 2021.
In terms of community service he runs a program HEALTH DOSE WITH DR FAROOQ. He organizes free health clinics with his externs and volunteers. His team has administered hundreds of vaccines to
needy residents around Philadelphia area.
Because of his community services Buck county appointed him chair of the new American advisory committee that connects the county Govt with first and second generation Americans to foster
interracial and inter cultural experiences and assist in easing to the path of citizenship.
Lifetime Achievement Award 2021
Dr Ahmed Saeed Khan practices pediatrics in Kingman AZ.He finished his pediatric residency in NJ. He was on faculty in 1980 but left for
private practice in year 1982.He was one of the 2 dozen people in USA selected to be a fellow in pediatric critical care when it was established in 1981 which was a testament to his critical care capabilities.
Dr Saeed Ahmed Khan is the main donor of APPNA scholarship fund in which he has donated over one million $.He remained anonymous per his wishes for a long time .It was a puzzle for Nishtarians as to who this generous Nishtarian was .He has donated to every Nishtar Alumni projects .He has donated thousands of dollars to NANA.which include renovations of ORs ,loan program, endowment fund, NANA endoscopy and bronchoscopy rooms.
He has multiple charities in his home town in Pakistan that he does not want to disclose.

In person if you meet him he is so loving and humble you never realize this is the person who has given so much to humanity.
