APPNA SUR is a special cultural initiative by APPNA, launched under the leadership of Dr. Babar Rao, APPNA President 2026. It provides a platform for APPNA members and their families to showcase their singing and musical talent.
In collaboration with ARY Digital Network, APPNA SUR celebrates creativity, culture, and community by giving participants an opportunity to perform, gain confidence, and share their voices with a wider audience.
APPNA SUR is not just a competition—it is a celebration of talent, passion, and unity within the APPNA community.
Once auditions have been reviewed, participants will be notified whether they have advanced to Round 2 and, if selected, must register for the summer meeting.

Open to individuals aged 18 to 65
Participants must register by the deadline.
Must be registered for the summer meeting in Orlando, Florida (July )
Must be an APPNA member, or the spouse, sibling, or child of an APPNA member - Registration Requirements
Completed online registration form.
Submission of an audition video (1 minutes max) - Audition Guidelines
Record against a plain white background in a quiet area. Make sure whole face is visible without
excessive shadows.
Audition recordings must be unedited (no pitch correction, filters, or professional mixing)
Song choice must be appropriate for a general/family audience.
No explicit, offensive, or discriminatory content.
Vocal performance must be the primary focus—no excessive backing vocals.
Only Pakistani languages - Media & Rights
Participants consent to event photography, videography, and promotional use. - Disqualification Conditions
Failure to meet age/eligibility criteria.
Use of profanity or inappropriate content during performance.
Late arrival to performances.
Tampering with judging process or engaging in misconduct. - Judging Criteria – including but not limited to:
Vocal quality and technique.
Pitch, tone, breathing, and control.
Stage presence and confidence.
Creativity and interpretation.
Overall performance impact. - Performance Requirements (for finalists)
Performance duration: 1 minutes maximum
Song selection must be approved by organizers to avoid duplicates/conflicts.
Contestants responsible for bringing their own instruments (if applicable).
Stage props allowed only if they do not pose safety or logistical issues
Yes, you may perform a different song in person, provided it meets the competition guidelines.
