  8. Brief Description of the Opportunity: New for 2026, we would like to address some areas of growing need. Through PRISM we will address the issues of what PRISM stands as an abbreviation, i.e. Professionalism, Research, Interpersonal Skills and Mentorship. We have planned to build a dedicated curriculum for young physicians on how to get involved in research, including QI projects, retrospective work and meta-analysis. This will be a 3-part online workshop in the first quarter of 2026. We also plan to address professionalism as this has been a growing issue by doing a webinar series where we will address interpersonal skills, better communication, social media awareness, expanding clinical knowledge and how to be a team player. We plan to celebrate May as “Professionalism Highlight Month”. We also feel being a mentor requires a lot more and we will plan sessions on how to be an effective mentor. PRISM is a very unique program and has the capacity to grow and add more resources to our expanding portfolio of knowledge sharing.
